It is an age old saying that prevention is better than cure and by keeping in mind the fact that juvenile delinquencies are increasing day by day, it is high time that the system take actions in order to prevent the juveniles from committing crime rather than establishing punishments as same as the adults. Future can be made better by reformation as this will reduce the rates of crime. If the system can successfully prevent the offenders from committing further crimes then crime rates will eventually go down.
